Philanthropy with MISSSEYIn Spring 2018, we partnered with MISSSEY, an Oakland based non-profit that provides resources to local female survivors of sex trafficking. In the spring, we fundraised by hosting an on-campus accessory sale, selling hand-sewn scrunchies. This fall, we organized a raffle for a free prep course at The Princeton Review, with all of the raffle ticket funds going to MISSSEY.

5K runIn 2014, we launched an annual philanthropy event in the form of a 5K run. All the proceeds went towards Team Riley last spring. One of our sister's brothers, Riley Kim, was diagnosed with stage 4 clinical group 4 alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma on July 29, 2014. It is described as a monster of a cancer and only about 10 kids in the USA get Riley's diagnosis each year. If interested in furthering our cause, please like the Team Riley Facebook page!
